Manuel Lucchese, who participated 4 times in the Dakar Rally in Malle Moto, secured 5th place in 2017 and 3rd place in 2016, returns to Sardegna Legend Rally. Apart from motorcycles, Manuel has also participated as a co-driver in the Dakar 2023. Currently, he leads the Middle East Baja Cup in the Co-drivers and achieved the title of the 2020 Qatar National Champion in the Co-Drivers.
Manuel served as the Yamaha Europe Project Manager for Tenere GYTR in 2021/2022 and Official Team Manager for the Yamaha Factory Tenere team in 2022.
Lucchese also holds titles such as the 2012 Baja World Champion in Motorbikes, the 2012 Cross Country World Championship 2nd Place in the Junior category, and being a three-time Italian National Rally Champion in Motorbikes.
